    Mr Deedledoo (also known as Dee), is the leader of the United Nations Space Command (UNSC) and is the head of the Club Penguin United Nations (CPUN). He has lead three armies in the past He retired from leading after the third army but continued working in the CPUN. Now he is leading once more.

Welcome soldier, to the United Nations Space Command. You will be given your first briefing on Thursday, March 12, 2009.

All updates will occr as soon as possible and before March 12, 2009. Welcome to the UNSC, comrade.
